Dedicated to improving quality of life for individuals at all ages and levels of ability, through the application of Massage Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, Music Therapy, and Recreational Therapy.
Health Care Therapies exists to make a positive difference in the lives of children and adults with diverse health goals, special needs, and disabilities. Since 2005, we have provided on-site massage and other specialized therapies to individuals affected by Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Elder Care Needs, Post-Surgical Rehabilitation Needs, Athletic Conditioning Needs, and other medical concerns. Through detailed evaluation and ongoing collaboration, our professional therapists develop a customized treatment plan to compliment each client’s full spectrum of care. This is about so much more than touch. We aim to promote peace and progress within our community through consistent support and healthy corrections.
An evaluation is a client's gateway to HCT’s treatment process. This involves an in-person assessment of the client’s needs by the HCT Program Coordinator or the service provider. The HCT professional will schedule a time convenient to your family to visit the individual in need of services and determine the goals of the treatment plan.
We make finding a qualified massage therapist a more efficient, streamlined experience for individuals. One of the goals of our business model is to make sure no client falls through the cracks, no matter where they live. We are dedicated to finding therapists in rural areas of Texas where other agencies overlook.
HCT specializes in innovative, ongoing care planning for noticeable improvements in wellness. From the first day of service, and continuing through each and every session, we put our clients and their goals first. Our team works with your team to evaluate therapy needs and implement a unique treatment plan to address those needs. Treatment plans may incorporate one or more of the following specialized therapies.
The application of manual techniques and positive touch to promote wellness.
Restorative movements performed in the low-impact, high-resistance environment of water.
The use of musical engagement to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs.
Meaningful activity that encourages physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and leisure development.
